Wherever you are right now, if time and circumstance allows, set aside at least five minutes for yourself. If the present doesn’t allow for this, choose a time later today.

Like a powerful magnet, feel this vortex siphoning away all your concerns, doubts, and fears that distract you from this moment. Everything that is unnecessary to be here is now sent on its way.

It’s just you being with yourself. That’s it. Relax and stay in this awareness for several minutes and keep your attention on that spot just below your navel as you breathe slowly and deeply.

While in this quiet state, raise your attention to the area around your heart. Gently connect with the meandering path of your time on earth, you and only you making your way through all your experiences. Only you know what you’ve been through and all that you have felt and been led to do.
